This was definitely one of the greatest first times of visiting any restaurant I've ever been to. The food was beyond what I was expecting for a first visit, in comparison to some other establishments. During this trip to Lancaster's BBQ, we were extremely pleased with the service we experienced! Our waitress Kelly is truly Amazing and, we also had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Stephanie... myself and my family will definitely return... no question. Absolute satisfaction!

We have been coming to Lancaster’s for over 15 years. We love dining here but today was an extra great experience. We were seated quickly and then our server Cheyenne was at our table ready to take our drink order. She was amazing. She also brought us a little doodle pad for our 3 year old to use while we waited for our food and Our food came out quickly too. Cheyenne checked on our table multiple times and we were very well taken care of! Wonderful experience!!

Dinner was delicious! You have to try the hillbilly fries! Pics is the BBQ plate with beans and potato salad. Waitress was very friendly and management was great as well.

I had an amazing dining experience, thanks to our fantastic server, Kristina! She was hands-down the best server I’ve ever had—attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked in just the right amount, and had a warm, welcoming smile that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Her charming personality and genuine care for our table really stood out. Plus, she’s got a great sense of style and a cute, bubbly energy that added to the vibe. First time here and our waitress Stephanie was awesome. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which I love that you can customize your portion size, it was really good! For two people we spent about 33 so not at all bad price point wise.

Atmosphere and service was great! We were seated quickly and greeted with a smile. Kristina took great care of our table and made sure the kids were comfortable and got everything they wanted to eat. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had before ordering. Hush puppies were amazing! We will definitely be back and hope to get Kristina’s section again!
